On the basis of suggestions made by TravelCMS users ICMS has developed a new version of TravelCMS Counter. The main focus of the new development was on reworking the product administration. As well as optimising the processing speed for product proposals, improvements were made to the user-friendliness and layout of the product administration. Now, packages can be assembled for customers on a modular basis in addition to all-in products. For instance, it is now possible to complement a hotel booking with flights, car rental and other extras such as concert tickets or city sightseeing trips by hand. The dates and prices of the individual components can be entered as well so that the customer can obtain an overview of the total costs before the package is turned into a binding offer. The travel proposals can be presented either as an attractive looking letter or in the form of an eMail or provided as a link. The information provided to the customer includes a detailed description of the destination with images and additional information. The system allows for the logo of the tour operator to be suppressed, a staff member photo to be inserted and also for the travel agency logo to be included. It is now possible to include the general terms and conditions of the travel agency as well as those of the tour operator. If the customer is to receive a selection of several offers, these can also be presented and transmitted in list form. In addition, pre-formulated text passages can be inserted into the letter or eMail as covering letters via mouse click. For further information, please visit: www.interactivecms.de |
